1. Learned counsel for Municipal Corporation of Delhi (‘MCD’) has handed over a Chart indicating the action taken after 14^th September, 2023 against the properties in question. The said Chart is taken on record.

2. Learned counsel for MCD states that by way of demolition/sealing action taken, the properties i.e. H.No.1065/7, Ward No.7, Near EKMER Masjid, Mehrauli, New Delhi and H.No.895, Ward No.8, Near Multan Dharamshala, New Delhi (Identified as 895, Ward No.8, Near Mehta Tailor, Mehrauli, New Delhi) have been made uninhabitable and they are beyond use.

3. He further states that qua House No.1063, Ward No.8, in front of Heritage Residency House No.895-E, Ward No.8, Mehrauli, New Delhi (Identified as Plot No.1055-B/6, Old No. 335-A, Ward No.8, Khasra No.1151/3, in village Mehrauli, New Delhi), partial sealing action has taken place on 23^rd November, 2023 and qua House No.895, C-9, Ward No.8, Near Multan Dharamshala (Near Pearl Residence) Mehrauli, New Delhi (Identified as Property opposite to 895, C-15, Ward No.8, Mehrauli, New Delhi), partial demolition/sealing action has taken place on 21^st November, 2023, 14^th December, 2023 and 11^th January, 2024.
