1. This is an application under Section 151 CPC, 1908 filed by the applicant/petitioner in person seeking early hearing/preponement of the hearing of the writ petition.

2. For the reasons stated therein, the application is allowed.

After perusing the records, this Court has observed that for the period from 05.06.2020 when she was terminated for the first time till 02.07.2021 when she was reinstated, by virtue of the order dated 16.04.2021 by the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, no salary/wages/remuneration of any sort were remitted to the petitioners.

6. Upon a query, Ms. Aakanksha Kaul, learned counsel for the respondents submits that the petitioner was on a contractual engagement and since during the relevant period she had not done any work, on the Principles of “No Work No Pay”, the petitioner would be denuded from her entitlement to any salary or wages or any other allowance at all.

7. She seeks and is granted one week’s time to take instructions and if required, file a sho
