Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that despite categorical direction by the Division Bench of this Court to issue ‘No March, 2024 passed by the Division Bench of this Court in W.P.(C) No. 5061/2023. Objection Certificate’ (“NOC”) to the petitioner to enable him to join service of M/s Garden Reach Shipbuilders and Engineers Ltd. (“GRSE”), the respondent has still not done the needful.

5. Issue notice. Notice is accepted by Mr. Ranvir Singh, Advocate appearing for the respondent, who submits that he needs time to take instructions.
