1. This petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. read with Article 227 of the Constitution of India seeking following reliefs:

    “A. Set aside the order dated 19.01.2024 passed by Ld. Neelofer Abida Parveen, Special Judge (PC Act), CBI-22, Rouse Avenue Courts, New Delhi in CC No. 26/2021 arising out of ECIR NO. ECIR/DLZO-I/15/2021 titled ED v Rahul Vijay Bhai Rathod; and quash all consequent proceedings emanating from his arrest including any statements made while in illegal custody and any material CRL.M.C. 589/2024 page 1 of 2 B. Set the Petitioner at liberty in arising out of ECIR NO. ECIR/DLZO- I/15/2021 immediately on account of his unlawful arrest dated 27.12.2023; and C. Issue such other order/ direction and further orders as the Hon’ble Court may deem just and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case.”
