Criminal Revision Petition under Section 438 of BNSS has been preferred on behalf of petitioner against judgment dated 07.08.2024 passed by learned ASJ-03 (South East), Saket Courts, New Delhi in Criminal Appeal No. 170/2023, whereby judgment dated 24.04.2023 and order on sentence dated 25.04.2023 passed by learned MM (N.I. ACT) Digital Court-02, South-East District, Saket Courts, New Delhi, in proceedings under Section

138 of NI Act was upheld.
