1. After some hearing and at the request of the learned counsel for the petitioner, the present petition is disposed of in terms of Prayer (b) made in the present petition, which is reproduced as under:

W.P.(C) 5038/2024, CM APPL. 20665/2024 (stay) “b) or in the alternative issue any writ, order or direction in the nature of a writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ thereby directing the respondent authority to consider the present petition as objections to the impugned Suo Motto Assessment order under section 123D of the Delhi Municipal Corporation Act, 1957 dated 03.02.2024 bearing no Tax/CNZ/A&C/2023-24/1828, impugned Demand Notice dated 19.02.2024 bearing no TAX/CNZ/2024/3514 issued under section 154(1) of the DMC Act, bearing no TAX/CNZ/2024/3514 and impugned letter dated 15.03.2024bearing no. Tax/CNZ/2024/7582 and grant personal hearing and further direct the respondent authority to decide the objections of the petitioner in terms of the office order dated 19.04.2023 bearing No. Tax/HQ/MCD/2023-2024/D-82”

2. The respondent shall dispose of the representation/ objections of the petitioner within a period of four weeks from today vide a speaking order, after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner.

3. The present petition stands disposed of in the above terms. Pending application/s also stand disposed of.
