2. Respondent has joined the proceedings through video conferencing upon service being effected.
3. This appeal is directed against order dated 13.02.2024 passed by the Family Court.
3.1. Via the said impugned order, the appellant is denied maintenance.
4. Counsel for the appellant and the respondent are given liberty to file their respective written submissions, not exceeding three pages each, at least five days before the next date of hearing.
5. The respondent will ensure that he engages a lawyer before the next date of hearing and if necessary, take his help in filing the written submissions.
6. It is made clear that if the requisite steps are not taken, the appeal will proceed on the basis of the record available with the court.
7. List the matter on 15.07.2024.
