1. Exemption is granted, subject to all just exceptions.

2. The Petitioner shall file legible and clearer copies of exempted documents, compliant with practice rules, before the next date of hearing.

3. Accordingly, the application stands disposed of.

The Petitioner is aggrieved by the order dated 28th August, 2024, W.P.(C)12652/2024 Page1of8 passed by Respondent No. 1 – the Lokpal of India, whereby a show cause notice has been issued to the Petitioner giving an opportunity of hearing on the question on why the option of investigation under Section 20(3)(a) of the Lokpal and Lokayuktas Act, 20131 should not be resorted to, considering the factual background of the case. For this purpose, the hearing is now scheduled for 19th September, 2024.

5. The aforenoted order indicates that there is no final view taken by Lokpal as to whether the Petitioner has to be proceeded against under
