1. The instant application under Order XXXIX Rule 10 read with Section 151 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 has been filed on behalf of applicants/respondents seeking the following reliefs:- “a) This Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to pass appropriate order/direction(s) thereby directing the appellant herein to pay a sum of Rs.15,50,000/- towards the arrears and Rs.50,000/- per month in future from February 2024 till the partition having over possesion of 50% share of the said property by metes and bounds in the interest of justice;

b) Pass any other order as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case.”
