In the present writ petition, the Petitioner seeks to challenge the order

dated 17th September, 2018 passed by the Bar Council of Delhi in

Complaint No.183/2015

titled Anil Bhasin v. Vijay Kumar. It is the

Petitioner’s allegation that various lawyers misled him which has caused

enormous harm to him.

The Court has perused the memo of parties and it is noticed that the

Bar Council of Delhi has not been made a party in the present case. The

Petitioner has also been appearing in person.

The Petitioner had earlier filed a Public Interest Litigation (PIL) being

W.P.(C) 10466/2021 titled Anil Bhasin v. Bar Council of Delhi which was

heard by the ld. Division Bench of this Court. Vide order dated 17th August,

2022, the said PIL was dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to challenge the

order passed by the Bar Council of Delhi.
