1. This is an application under Section 151 CPC for exemption from filing true typed, translated and clear copies of the annexures.
2. Recording the undertaking on behalf of the petitioners that the defects shall be cured within four weeks, the exemption is allowed.

The present writ petition has been filed with prayers for declaring that the allotment of the Residential plots no. 303, 304, 305 and 306 belonging to the petitioners are legal and in accordance with the provisions of law. There is further prayer for prohibiting the respondents to treat the said allotment of the residential plots of the petitioner as void or as Gaon Sabha land.
