3.The present Petitions under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (hereinafter referred to as “Cr.P.C., 1973” ) have been filed on behalf of the petitioners seeking to quash the FIR No. 469/2023 registered under Sections 376/377/506/34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 (hereinafter referred to as “IPC, 1860” ) at Police Station Subzi Mandi, Delhi and FIR No. 130/2018 registered under Sections 498A/406/34 of IPC, 1860 at Police Station Subzi Mandi, Delhi.
