3. In view of the aforesaid submission of learned counsel appearing

for the petitioners, this Court is of the opinion that the present petition

[ The proceeding has been conducted through Hybrid mode ]

1. After some arguments Mr. Aggarwal, learned counsel appearing

for the petitioners submits that petitioners would be agreeable to file an

affidavit of admission / denial of documents pertaining to the period

from 01.06.2009 to 31.12.2013.

2. Mr. Aggarwal also submits that a competent witness who can

depose in respect of aforesaid would also file his affidavit so as to

enable the respondent to cross examine the said
