1. The present petition is filed seeking setting aside of order dated 22.03.2023 passed by the Additional Sessions Judge (SC-RC)-02, Karkardooma Courts whereby the respondent Nos. 2 and 3 have been granted anticipatory bail in the proceedings arising out of FIR No. 177/2022 registered under Sections 406/420/120B IPC at P.S. Economic Offences Wing, Delhi.

2. Learned Senior Counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, submits that the impugned order is erroneous, based on extraneous considerations CRL. M.C. 2832/2023 Page 1 of 8 and fails to take into account the seriousness of the offence.Learned Senior Counsel submits that the petitioner has been cheated out of Rs 6 Crores by the respondents who dishonestly induced him to invest the said amount in their real estate business by promising him handsome returns and in case of exit, 50% share in their commercial real estate properties in Greater Noida, U.P.
