The Petitioner- Mr. Virender Ganda, who is a designated Senior

Advocate has filed the present petition challenging the impugned decision of

the Bar Council of Delhi (hereinafter, ‘BCD’) dated 20th November, 2020,

by which a prima facie finding has been arrived at that the Petitioner, has

committed professional misconduct and the matter has been referred to the

Disciplinary Committee. The operative portion of the impugned order reads
