‘the Association’) which has 34 shopkeepers as its members. The Petitioner

has filed the present petition challenging the impugned notice issued by the

shopkeepers are being directed to remove their belongings and themselves

from the shops in view of the construction of the Aerocity-Tughlakabad

“It is informed that on Khanpur M. B. Road, DMRC

carrying on construction of Aerocity-Tughlakabad

corridor of MRTS Project Ph-IV, due to which the

Khanpur M.B. Road connected earmarked shops are

decided to be removed. These shops are encroached on

the government land of DUSIB, which is required for

the completion of DMRC project. It is requested that
