1.The present petition under Section 11(5) & (6) of the Arbitration and

Conciliation Act, 1996 (for short, "the A&C Act") is filed seeking the

appointment of a Sole Arbitrator for adjudication of the disputes

between the petitioner and respondents in terms of the Arbitration

Agreement contained in Clause 20 of the Sale Agreement and Clause

15 of the Service Agreement, both dated 15.01.2019, entered into

between the petitioner and respondents.
