RFA 161/2023 has been filed by the Appellant against the judgment and decree dated 22.11.2022, passed by the learned Trial Court, directing the Appellant to hand over vacant and peaceful possession of the suit property bearing No. 158, Ground Floor and First Floor, Block F-1U, Pitampura, Delhi, ad-measuring 126.687 sq. yards to the Respondents along with damages of Rs. 3 lakhs with interest @ 6% per annum.
