1. None appears for the Petitioner.

2. Learned counsel for the Respondent states that the subject matter of the contempt petition are three properties which are as under: -

“A) Property/Plot, adjoining to the Plot No. (‘B-14’) (A to Z Medical Store), Opposite Goyal medical Store, Main Loni Road, Delhi-32;

B) Property/plot, adjoining to the Plot No. (‘B-15’) (Maa Durga Telecom), West Jyoti Nagar, Loni Road, Delhi-32;

C) Property/plot bearing no. (‘C-73’) (Area 200 Sq. Yds. Approx.) Gali No. 7, West Jyoti Nagar Extension, Delhi;”

3. He states that with respect to Plot No. B-14, Respondent has set out in the status report that the said property is not actionable, as it is an old pre-

existing construction. He states with respect to Plot No. B-15, there was an interim order operating in favour of the owner of the said building and appeal has been filed, wherein a stay order was operating. He states that the appeal has since been allowed and there are directions issued to Respondent in the said order.

4. He states that the Respondent are taking steps in accordance with the order passed by the ATMCD. He states prior to the stay order granted by ATMCD, Respondent had issued the sealing order and demolition order qua the 2^nd floor and the 3^rd floor of the property.

5. He states that with respect to Plot No. C-73, there is a sanction plan and, however, there were deviations notice in the said property and the property was booked and, thereafter, demolition order and sealing order has been passed. He states that however, on a recent inspection, seals have been found to be tempered and steps have been taken to re-seal the property on instructions of Assistant Engineer.

6. He states that all pending steps with respect to Plot No. B-15 and Plot No. C-73 shall be concluded on or before 28.02.2023.

7. The Respondent is directed to file its status report at least two weeks before the next date of hearing.

8. List on 10.04.2023.
