1. This petition under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 [hereafter ‘Cr.P.C’] has been filed on behalf of the petitioner, seeking setting aside of the order dated 29.11.2021 [hereafter ‘impugned order’] passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge-02, Karkardooma Courts (East), Delhi [hereafter ‘Revisionist Court’] in CR No. 304/2019.
