07.06.2014 respectively, passed by learned Special Judge, P.C. Act (CBI-09), Central District Tis Hazari Courts, Delhi, whereby the appellants have been convicted in CC No. 91/2011 arising out of FIR No. RC No. 48(A)/04, under Section 7 and Section 13(2)
