1. The appellants assail order dated 14.08.2023 (“impugned order”) by the learned Single Judge of this Court in I.A. No. 467/2023 (“application for rejection of plaint”) in CS(OS) 690/2022 (“subject suit”) by which appellants’ application under Order VII Rule 11(a) and 11(d) read with Section 151 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 (“CPC”) for rejection of plaint was dismissed.

2. The respondent/plaintiff filed the subject suit for injunction against the appellants, who are arrayed as defendant nos. 1 to 4 therein, restraining them from interfering in the ingress and egress of the respondent in property at First Floor (rear flat), admeasuring 1,110 square feet in the Signature Not Verified Digitally Signed FAO(OS) 112/2023 1 of 13 building constructed on a plot of land at E-14/7 Vasant Vihar, Delhi –
