1. This writ petition has been preferred on behalf of the Petitioner laying a challenge to the impugned order of penalty dated 29.05.2003 passed by the Disciplinary Authority (DA) as also the appellate order dated 04.12.2003. Writ of mandamus is also sought for a direction to the Respondents to pay the dues of the Petitioner allegedly outstanding since 1996 with other benefits of seniority etc.
