JUDGMENT

The instant appeal assails the findings rendered in the judgment and decree dated 10.10.2019 passed by the first Appellate Court in RCA No. 42/2017 and RCA No. 43/2017, which upheld the common Signature Not Verified Signature Not Verified Digitally Signed Digitally Signed judgment and decree dated 29.03.2017, passed by the Trial Court in C.S. No. 82434/16 and counter-claim in C.S. No. 82398/16.

2. It is seen that the original suit was instituted by the respondent herein for the grant of possession and mesne profits
