1. The Petitioner has filed the instant Writ Petition filed impugning the decision dated 16.12.2022 bearing Reference No. REMCL/CO/PP/P-85 (hereinafter referred to as “Impugned Decision”) rendered by the Respondent, REMC Limited, in terms of which, the Respondent has declared the Petitioner to be technically ineligible to participate in the procurement process of 1000 MW of Round-the-Clock Power from Grid- Connected Renewable Energy Power Projects, issued vide the Request for Signature Not Verified Digitally Signed W.P.(C) 17599/2022 Page 1
