ORDER

1. This is an application seeking condonation of delay in filing the appeal.
2. According to the appellant, there is a delay of 84 days.
3. Record shows that the respondents have not filed a reply to the said application.
4. Notice in the application was issued on 10.05.2023. Since then, three dates have passed, however no reply has been filed.
5. We are not inclined to grant further time to file reply.
6. For the reasons given in the application, the delay is condoned.
7. Accordingly, CM APP. 23997/2023 is disposed of.
8. Registry will summon the record of the Family Court, albeit in digitized form.
9. Furthermore, counsel for the respondent will file written submissions as directed within the next three weeks.
