1. The present petition has been filed seeking following reliefs:-

“a. Issue a Writ of Mandamus or any other analogous Writ, Order or Direction ex debito justitiae thereby directing the respondent herein to forthwith conduct a de-novo Preliminary Inquiry in a fair, impartial and time bound manner strictly in conformity with the directions of the Hon‟ble Supreme Court‟s Constitution-Bench judgments dated:

12.11.2013 & 05.03.2014 passed in the landmark case of „Lalita Kumari vs Govt. of U.P.‟, under the direct supervision of either the Commissioner of Police or a Police Official of a higher rank not below the rank of a Special Commissioner of Police, on the petitioner‟s complaint dated:

24.06.2022, and the communications sent subsequent thereto, disclosing the commission of cognizable economic offences inter-alia cheating, forgery and misappropriation of funds by breach of trust etc. And b. Issue a Writ of Mandamus or any other analogous Writ, Order or Direction ex debito justitiae thereby directing the respondent herein to forthwith formulate a robust mechanism to ensure stricto sensu compliance with the directions of the Hon'ble Supreme Court's
