1. This is an application under Section 5 of the Limitation Act read with Section 151 CPC on behalf of the respondent seeking condonation of 32 days delay in filing the reply to CM (APPL.) 9609/2024.
2. Learned counsel for the respondent submits that reply to CM (APPL.)
9609/2024 has been filed with the Registry vide diary no.974158/2024, however, the same has not been taken on record till the application seeking condonation of delay is allowed by this Court.
3. Learned counsel further submits that advance copy of the same has also been furnished to the counsel appearing for the petitioner.
4. In view of the grounds stated in the application, delay of 32 days in filing reply to CM (APPL.) 9609/2024 is condoned.
5. Application stands allowed and disposed of.
