1. Issue notice.

2. Learned counsel, as aforesaid, appear and accept notice on behalf of respondent nos.1 to 5.

3. Issue notice to the remaining respondents, on necessary steps being taken by the petitioner, through all permissible modes, including electronically. Dasti in addition.

4. Learned counsel for MCD, who appears on advance notice, submits that the property in question has been booked for unauthorized construction.

It is further submitted that the property in question is near Jairam Chowk, Main Faridabad Road, Dera Gaon, New Delhi.

5. The MCD is directed to expeditiously inspect the property, and if any unauthorized construction is ongoing, the same shall be put to an immediate halt.

6. Let a status report be filed by the MCD as regards the action taken qua the property in question. Let the same be filed within a period of four weeks.

7. At this stage, learned counsel for the MCD submits that work stop orders have been issued as regards the property in question. The concerned SHO, PS Fatehpur Beri is directed to ensure that the said work stop orders are adhered to.
