3. The present application has been filed under Section 151 of Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 (“CPC”) seeking permission to file lengthy list of dates and synopsis.

4. Considering the submissions made in the present application, the present application is allowed and the same is disposed of.

5. The present petition has been filed seeking quashing and setting aside of the order dated 16th January, 2024 passed by the Review Committee of the respondent-bank.

6. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that vide the aforesaid order, the Review Committee has mechanically and without application of mind upheld the decision of the Identification Committee of the respondent-bank by which the petitioners were declared as ‘Willful Defaulters’. It is submitted that the Review Committee has passed the order without appreciating the relevant facts and detailed representation made by the petitioners to the Review Committee.
