1. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has pointed out that the present petition has been filed under Section 560(6) of the Companies Act, 1956.

2. The grievance of the petitioner/company is that its name has been struck off for non-filing of statutory compliances.

3. It is pointed out that vide order dated 28.05.2012, this Court had directed that the name of the petitioner/company to be restore on the registers of companies, subject to payment of certain costs.

4. It is stated at the Bar that the costs have been paid. However, thereafter, there were some inter se disputes amongst the directors. It is, however, recorded vide order dated 29.08.2023 that the directors have since amicably resolved their disputes and they seek restoration of the name of the company with the Registrar of the Companies.

5. Although, notice has been issued to the Registrar of Companies, but no one has appeared for them.

6. Let notice be issued afresh to the Registrar of Companies, by all permissible modes, including through Ms. Shiva Laxmi, learned Central Govt. Standing Counsel, to appear before this Court on the next date of hearing.

7. Re-notify on 25.04.2024.
