ORDER
1. The present petition has been filed challenging the letter dated 10th November, 2021 issued by the Delhi Development Authority (“DDA”) by which, the petitioner was declared as ineligible for grant of an alternative allotment on the ground that the petitioner belongs to upper floor jhuggi and that as per the policy, separate ration cards are required.
2. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the DDA has adopted the policy of re-location of the Delhi Urban Shelter Improvement Board viz Delhi Slum and Jhuggi Jhopri Rehablilitation and Relocation Policy, 2015 for the persons of Katputli Colony.
