1. This is an application filed by the plaintiff under Order XI Rule 1(4) Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 (‘CPC’) to bring on record additional documents.
2. Learned counsel for the defendants’ states that he does not wish to file any rebuttal documents in response thereof.
3. In view of the fact that the matter is still at the stage of adjudication of the defendant’s application seeking leave to defend, the application is allowed and the documents are hereby taken on record. 4. Accordingly, the application stands disposed of.

5. This is an application filed by the plaintiffs under Order XI Rule 5 CPC to bring on record additional documents.
6. Learned counsel for the defendants states that the e-mails which are sought to be placed on record in this application are only part of the document and defendants seek liberty to place on record the complete e-mail trail. He seeks two weeks’ time to file the said documents.
7. Accordingly, the application is allowed and the documents are hereby taken on record. Further, the defendants are hereby granted liberty to file rebuttal documents including complete e-mail trails within two weeks. 8. With the aforesaid directions, the application stands disposed of.

9. Learned counsel for the applicant/defendants states that the plaintiff’s delay in filing the reply to the said I.A. has been condoned by the learned Joint Registrar (J) on 27.08.2024. He states that he will file his rejoinder within four weeks. It is ordered accordingly.
10. Learned counsel for the plaintiff states that the costs imposed vide order dated 27.08.2024 already stands deposited.
