By way of the present petition, the petitioner is seeking quashing of FIR bearing no. 275/2019, registered at Police Station Mundka, Delhi for the offences punishable under Sections 363 /376/34 of Indian Penal Code , 1860 (hereafter ‘IPC’) and Section 6 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act , 2012 (hereafter ‘POCSO Act’).
7. The petitioner and respondent nos. 2 and 3 are present before this Court in person. They have been identified by their counsels and concerned Investigating Officer (IO) from Police Station Mundka, Delhi.
