1. This is a petition under Section 482 Cr. PC read with Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 [" BNSS "] for Bail Appln. 1761/2025 Page 1 of 12 Signature Not Verified Digitally Signed grant of anticipatory bail filed on behalf of the petitioner in Case FIR No. 83/2025, registered at PS Bharat Nagar, under Section 3 51(2), 79, and 3(5) of BNS, 2023.
