1. The present Application has been filed on behalf of the Petitioners seeking condonation of delay of 8 days in filing the present Petition.
2. For the reasons as stated in the Application, the delay is condoned.

The present Petition has been filed on behalf of the Petitioners under Section 115 read with Section 151 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 [hereinafter referred to as “CPC”] against the order dated 23.04.2025 passed by learned District Judge-07, South East District, Saket Courts, Delhi [hereinafter referred to as “Impugned Order”]. By the Impugned Order, the Application under Order XXXII Rule 15 of the CPC filed by the Petitioners has been dismissed by the learned Trial Court.
