1. This suit is instituted by the Plaintiffs seeking a decree of declaration for declaring that by virtue of Will dated 10.12.2010 of Late Shri Ramphal, registered with Sub-Registrar-V, Delhi vide Registration No. 7305 in Book No. III, Volume No. 1871 on 10.12.2010, Plaintiffs and Defendant No. 3 are the joint owners of the suit property, to the exclusion of Defendants No. 1 and 2 and their legal heirs, successors etc. Decree of permanent injunction is also sought for restraining Defendants No. 1 and 2 from causing any interference in the peaceful and beneficial use and enjoyment of the suit property.
