1. The present appeal under Section 415 read with Section 528 of B.N.S.S. , 2023 has been filed on behalf of the Appellant against the Judgment on conviction dated 07.05.2025 and the Order on Sentence dated 09.06.2025 passed by the Ld. ASJ (FTSC)(POCSO)-02, South West District, Dwarka Courts, New Delhi in SC No.346/2018.
2. Vide Judgment dated 07.05.2025, the Appellant has been convicted for the offences punishable under Sections 366 /376(2)(i)/506 of the IPC & Sections 6 read with 5(m) of POCSO Act in SC No.346/2018 arising out of FIR No.61/2018 dated 23.03.2018 registered at Police Station Baba Haridas Nagar, Dwarka. Vide Order on Sentence dated 09.06.2025, the Appellant has CRL.A. 1243
