1. Petitions under Section 528 of the Bhartiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita , 2023 have been preferred on behalf of the Petitioners for quashing of two FIRs, bearing FIR No.0332/2020 under Sections 308/341/506/34 IPC, registered at PS: Madhu Vihar and FIR No.0238/2021 under Sections 376/377/498A/406/506/34/ 328/342/354 IPC read with Section 6 POCSO Act, registered at PS: Bindapur and all consequential proceedings emanating therefrom, in terms of Settlement Agreement dated 21.11.2024.
2. Learned APP for the State and learned counsel for the Respondents appear on advance Notice.
