1. Issue notice to Flipkart Internet Pvt. Ltd.

2. Ms. Shilpa Gupta, Advocate is present in Court and has been asked to accept notice on behalf of Flipkart Internet Pvt. Ltd.

3. The Plaintiff is directed to address an e-mail within one (1) week to Flipkart Internet Pvt. Ltd. enlisting the take down of the image of the infringing design of the Defendant, which is a subject matter of this application from its website.

4. The Flipkart Internet Pvt. Ltd. is directed to file its compliance affidavit prior to the next date of hearing.

5. List on 24.09.2025.

6. Learned counsel for the Plaintiffs fairly states that the delay in filing the replication is beyond the permissible period under Rule 5 of Chapter VII of Delhi High Court (Original Side) Rules, 2018.

7. He states, however, Plaintiffs may be granted liberty to raise the grounds set out in replication, which are in consonance with the stand already taken in the plaint, at the time of filing of evidence affidavit.

8. The application is dismissed as withdrawn and liberty as prayed for is reserved.
