% 27.08.2025 CM APPL. 53625/2025 By way of the present application filed under section 5 of the Limitation Act 1963 read with section 151 of the Code of Civil Procedure 1908 („CPC‟), the appellant seeks condonation of about
128 days‟ delay in filing the regular first appeal.
2. In view of the fact that the impugned judgment dated 14.01.2025 passed by the learned District Judge, Central District, Tis Hazari Courts, Delhi, that is the subject matter of the present appeal, was passed on a non-contested basis, and considering the prayer made in the present appeal, the delay in filing the appeal is condoned.
3. The application is allowed.

By way of the present appeal filed under section 96 read with Order XLI Rule 1 CPC, the appellant impugns the format in which the Letters of Administration dated 17.05.2025 have been issued by the learned trial court, pursuant to judgment dated 14.01.2025 passed in probate petition bearing PC No. 07/2022.
