1. The present appeal, filed under Section 19 of the Family Courts Act , 1984, [FC Act] read with Section 28 of the Hindu Marriage Act , 1955, [HMA], arises from the Judgment dated 21.01.2023, [Impugned Judgement] passed by the learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Central District, Tis Hazari Courts, Delhi, [Family Court], in HMA Petition No. 5861631/2016, [Petition] (Old Number HMA Petition No. 192/2012), titled as „Aishwarya Pasricha vs. Puja Pasricha‟, whereby the marriage between the Appellant-Wife and the Respondent-Husband was dissolved on the ground of cruelty under Section 13(1)(ia) of the HMA.
