1. The present appeals under Section 374 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (for short, ‘CrPC’) have been filed assailing the common impugned judgment of conviction dated 20.09.2022 and order on sentence dated 19.11.2022 passed by learned Special Judge (PC Act) (CBI)-12, Rouse Avenue Court Complex, Delhi, whereby the present Appellants/Convicts have been convicted in Sessions Case No. 422/2016 arising out of FIR No.101/2013, under Sections 148 /149/449/302/427/506(2)/307/323/34 of the India
