1. A Leave to Appeal Petition under Section 378(3) Cr.P.C has been filed on behalf of the Petitioners challenging the impugned Order/Judgment dated 11.09.2018 passed by learned Special Judge (NDPS)-1, Central District Tis Hazari, Delhi, thereby acquitting the Respondents for the offence punishable under Section 324/34 IPC.
