1. The present application has been handed over across the bar at 02.35 P.M. after the Court had pronounced a judgment in another case, listed for the said purpose.

2. As today is second Saturday and the Registry is closed. Therefore, hard copy of the application has been given in Court. The Registry is directed to register and number the same.

3. The prayer made in the present application is to the following effect:

Direct the Respondent No.1/Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University to immediately obtain fresh JAC report on the basis of intake of 50 students bearing in mind the observations made in the Judgment dated 01.11.2025, in the next 24 hours, and thereafter forward the same to the Directorate of Higher Education as well as Health and Family Welfare
