1. The present second bail application has been filed under Section 483 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, on behalf of the petitioner seeking grant of regular bail in connection with FIR no. 248/20181 registered at Police Station Jyoti Nagar, Delhi under Section 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860.
