1. This writ petition is filed on behalf of the Petitioner under Articles

226/227 of the Constitution of India seeking the following reliefs:-

“(a) Issue a Writ of Certiorari and quash the decision taken by Respondent No. 2 [NRC-NCTE] through the withdrawal order Dated 26.05.2025, Vide which the Recognition of Petitioner’s Institution for the B.Ed. course was withdrawn with effect from the Academic Year 2025–

2026; AND;

(b) Issue a Writ of Mandamus and direct the Respondent no. 2 to restore the recognition of the petitioner institution for conducting the B.Ed. course commencing from the academic year 2025–2026; AND;

(c) Issue a Writ of Mandamus and direct the Respondent to enable the petitioner institution to participate in the counselling process and admit students to the B.Ed. course for the academic year 2026–2027.
