2. Ram Company and another (the complainants) (hereinafter referred to as the Insured) filed aforementioned complaint, for directing United India Insurance Company Ltd. (opposite party - 1) (hereinafter referred to as the Insurer) to pay (i) Rs. 2,85,60000 as insurance claim, along with interest at the rate of 24% per annum on the said amount, w.e.f. 18.12.2010 till actual payment, under Insurance Policy Nos. 221000/11/10 / / 13/00000110, 221000/11/10 / / 11/00000111 221000/11/10 / / 11/00000112.
