1. This Revision Petition has been preferred by the Petitioner against the impugned Order dated 3.6.2020 passed by the Maharashtra State Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, Mumbai in F.A. No. 908 of 2017. Vide the impugned Order, the State Commission had dismissed the Appeal while upholding the Order dated 14.8.2017 passed in Complaint Case No. 59 of 2017 of the District Forum, Osmanabad.
2. Brief facts of the case are that a Consumer Complaint was filed before the District Forum, Osmanabad, by Respondent Nos. 1 to 4 / Complainants against the Petitioner / Opposite Party No. 1 and Respondent Nos. 5 & 6 herein.
