1. The present application has been filed alleging that the respondent is acting in violation of the order dated 02.11.2023 passed in the present proceedings. The said order, inter-alia, reads as under:-

The petitioner, who is a lawyer by profession, is aggrieved by a show cause notice dated 25.07.2023 and an assessment order dated 12.09.2023 in respect of his property i.e. 12/78-78A, Basement, Vikram Vihar, Lajpat Nagar-IV, New Delhi-110024, to the extent that the property has been assessed as a commercial establishment.
